What Is Smart Home Access Control?

One App for Home and Office Doors
The Tuya App (Tuya Smart / Smart Life) works on both iOS and Android. Homeowners and facility managers can unlock doors remotely, create temporary access codes for cleaners or guests, and review entry history. Because the device is WiFi-based, there is no separate hub or controller to install.
Dual-Frequency Cards: 125kHz and 13.56MHz
Many homes and offices already use RFID cards. The SK-A50S reads both 125kHz EM and 13.56MHz IC cards, so you can mix card types without choosing one system. That is convenient for family members, tenants and staff who carry different cards today.
Open the Door with Your Phone NFC
Instead of carrying an extra card, you can add a smart access card to a compatible NFC phone and tap it on the reader. Combined with PIN entry and the Tuya App, this gives you several convenient ways to get in — and a secure way to let others in remotely.
