What Is Smart Fingerprint Access Control?
Smart fingerprint access control uses a fingerprint sensor as the primary credential, with RFID cards, PIN codes and a smartphone app as alternative or combination methods. Installation Checklist
- Mount the reader at a height comfortable for fingerprint scanning (usually 1.3-1.5 m).
- Connect the NO/NC lock output to your electric strike, magnetic lock or mortise lock.
- Provide AC/DC 12-24V from a certified access control power supply.
- Confirm 2.4GHz WiFi coverage before programming the reader in the Tuya App.
