What Makes a Recessed Maglock Different
A standard maglock bolts onto the frame surface. A recessed maglock is set into the aluminum profile, holding the door from inside the frame. The visual result is a flush, uninterrupted entrance line — preferred for glass shopfronts, offices and modern gates.
Three Mounting Options
- Concealed mount – fully hidden inside the aluminum profile.
- Double door – one lock spans two door leaves.
- Single door – compact version for standard openings.
Fail-Safe and Low Power
Rated at 280kg / 600lbs holding force, the SK-FM280 is fail-safe: when power is cut, the lock releases instantly for safe egress. Low power consumption keeps it economical for 24/7 access control operation.
