Why IP67 Matters Outdoors
IP67 means the keypad is completely dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep. For outdoor gates and courtyard entrances, this is the minimum rating you need. Indoor-only keypads usually have no waterproof rating at all and will fail within a rainy season.
Anti-Clone Card Detection
A common security gap: attackers copy your RFID card and walk in. The SK-30STT automatically detects cloned cards and blocks them. This feature is rare in budget keypads but essential for high-security sites.
