Why a Double-Door Maglock
On glass or aluminum double doors, a single-door maglock secures only one leaf. The 500mm SK-280S body aligns with both leaves so the magnetic contact surface and armature plates close the gap evenly — no sag, no gap, no rattling.
Residual Magnetism Protection
Over time, some maglocks hold residual magnetism and release slowly. The SK-280S is engineered with residual magnetism protection so there is no magnetic loss over time and doors release cleanly every time.
Status Feedback for Access Control
The 5-wire PCB adds door status and alarm signal feedback compared with a basic 2-wire lock, so your access controller knows exactly when the door is open or closed. A center-grooved dual-PCB design also supports series connection for convenient single-side wiring on the door frame.
Fail-Safe Release for Fire Compliance
Power loss means the lock opens — the fail-safe rule behind fire codes. When the fire alarm cuts the circuit, both door leaves release automatically so people can exit without keys or panic hardware.
