1. Tell us about your order
- Your destination country and intended application, such as distribution, a residential project or a hotel.
- The preferred model or links to the products you are considering.
- Your sample requirement, estimated order quantity and target delivery date.
2. Describe the installation
For door locks, include door material, thickness, opening direction and the dimensions of the existing lock body or door cut-out. Photos of the door, lock body and installation area help our team understand the application. Mention indoor or outdoor exposure and any temperature or moisture requirements.
Ask us to confirm the selected model and configuration against your installation before approving samples or production.
3. Specify access and app requirements
Tell us which access methods you need: fingerprint, face recognition, PIN, card, key or app access. If app connectivity matters to your project, state your preferred platform and whether you need local access, remote management or video intercom. Request confirmation of the app version, connectivity requirements and any additional accessories for the quoted configuration.
4. Outline your OEM/ODM requirements
List your logo, finish, packaging, manual language and other customization requirements. Attach reference files where available. We will discuss the scope, sample arrangements, minimum order quantity and production schedule for your project.
5. Review the quotation and supporting information
Before placing an order, ask our team to confirm:
- The model, configuration, accessories and packaging included in the quotation.
- Sample cost, MOQ, production lead time and shipping arrangements.
- The applicable specifications, installation information and documentation required for your destination market.
- Inspection requirements, warranty terms and the process for after-sales support.
